Today's Paintings 7.17.09

Abstract Spring Floral III
Original 64" x 20" x 0.75" painting
Four 16" x 20" canvases

Prairie and Pond in Late Summer
Original 30" x 40" x 0.75" painting
Golden, Liquitex, and Chroma acrylics on gallery-wrapped canvas

Today's work includes the newest edition in the Abstract Spring Floral series, and a new composition Prairie and Pond in Late Summer. The Floral painting is the newest in my decorative line of paintings, and the Prairie painting is my effort to capture the essence of the wide open spaces that I enjoy.
